Very nice place to buy a car. The salesman was very nice and polite. If we wanted to look in a car, he got the key and let us get in and see. Explained the vehicle. Didn't try to push one model over another. The kind of person you'd want on your lot. I ended up buying a 2024 Subaru Impreza. The exact model I wanted.

We went in initially just to do a Test-Drive and decide which Trim Level to choose for our New 2025 Forester and ended up taking one home that day!! Blake was our Salesman and he was excellent demonstrating the perfect balance of Knowledgeable and Patient as we were doing our initial drive of the car. We had watched a number of YouTube Videos so were well prepared but Blake was able to answer every question and even include details we didn't know!! He was professional, courteous, supportive and never pushy or frustrated even as we were muddling through how to turn off the Security Hold on our Credit which took us a lot longer than anticipated!! Once he got the numbers back we were prepared to just wait and come back but the offer was just too good to walk away from so we started to complete the purchase. From there we were handed off to Elton while Blake took our Forester to be prepped for us to take home that day. Elton meticulously prepared and went over every single detail of the Loan Contract, Warranty and Extended Warranty & Service Details answering every question along the way. This was a time consuming process but we never felt our time was being wasted nor were we left waiting during any part of this process!! After all the Details were squared away we were back with Blake who handled the rest of the sale and even took this Picture of us with our new car! Surprisingly, our positive experience was not over... Cameron contacted us a few weeks later to schedule an appointment to go through the Love Encore Program where we went back and he took us around the entire outside of the car as well as the inside for every feature available on this car... A good portion of this was review as Blake had done such a great job with us before but Cameron was able to provide intricate and detailed answers to questions which we had come up with after our first few weeks of ownership!! Every time we have been back to McCurley Subaru Yakima we are met with smiles and courtesy even from other employees we hadn't worked with including in the Parts Department when we've gone back to buy Accessories which might have been the most fun part yet!! Your Sales Staff even helped us install our Floor Mats and Seat Protectors in the parking lot after we bought our Accessories!! Absolutely stellar job and we anticipate the same level of Great Customer Support when we come back for Service!! Well deserved 5/5 Stars as there is simply not even one thing we can think of that could have gone better!!

When my husband and I went into McCurley Subaru we were not planning on driving out with a new car that same day. But we met sales associate Sergio who was most knowledgeable and helpful and understood our needs. He showed us some different sedan models and I was able to find a car that was perfect for me. After driving my previous car for over 28 years there are definitely some new 'bells and whistles' I am not familiar with but Sergio showed me the basics and promised that if I needed any more help I could return to the dealership and get some more instructions. We were very happy with the service we received and came home with a great new vehicle.
